Meet Another Bruce – The Foodtruck!!!

Let me introduce you to Bruce and NOT Bruce Cook our Aussie Race Director!

This Bruce is going to be serving food to us on Saturday at the Luke Harrop Memorial Circuit for our Criterium and Relay racing day. He’s a Food Truck, straight out of the 1970’s retro era!

And now, Bruce would like to say a word:

Hey there Groover!

I’m Bruce, formerly known as Violet. Like, the whole chick thang wasn’t really working for me anymore. I decided I needed to stop fakin’ it out and well, here I am! A dude, but like, not any dude, a totally cool cat straight out of the 70’s retro era!

I’m totally psyched to serve you a rad selection of my orgasmic injectable donuts and cronuts, the oh so famous brownies, a selection of healthy smoothies and a smooth organic coffee. Look out Gold Coast, here I come.

All my food is made with free love and positive vibes, straight from my stash of only the freshest ingredients.
